OLSENFITNESS PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO IN CARDIFF

The OlsenFitness personal training studio is located in the heart of Cardiff. The studio is not a pay as you go or membership gym, it is purely for coaching. Every time you set foot into the gym you’ll be coached towards what you need.

There is a strength and conditioning suite on site as well as indoor pitches, shower facilities and a café where you can relax after a training session. Parking is directly outside of the gym and there are plenty of spaces.
